Warranty/Guarantee

ERNE pickleball machines are covered by a warranty that complies with applicable legal regulations within the European Union. This warranty includes the following:

For private customers (B2C): End users who use the ERNE pickleball machine for personal, non-commercial purposes have a warranty period of two years from the date of purchase.

For businesses (B2B): For businesses, organizations, clubs, associations or other entities that use the machine in a communal or commercial environment, a warranty period of one year from the date of purchase applies.

ERNE machines used jointly in associations, clubs, playgroups, or similar institutions are considered B2B use. The same applies to ERNE machines that are loaned or rented.

Warranty exclusions

The following components are considered consumables and are excluded from the warranty:

• The battery
• The throwing wheels

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.
