The LUXX Control Air with InfiniGrit builds on the popularity of the player-friendly LUXX Control Air, improving it with added spin consistency and slightly more power. The two most important improvements over the previous LUXX Control Air pickleball racket are:

3 times longer lasting spin than raw carbon: The InfiniGrit surface has three times the durability of raw carbon clubs and offers improved spin potential for more precise shots.

Ultimate control, but with more power: The 19 mm thick X7 Thikset Honeycomb Core (1 mm thinner than the previous version) and EVA foam in the neck and handle work together to provide extra power. This extra power doesn't come at the expense of control.

The X7 Thikset Honeycomb Core is 19 mm thick and provides a subtle power boost on strokes. The new EVA foam in the throat and handle (which was previously hollow) dampens vibrations while also providing more flexibility and power in the striking area. Furthermore, this improved paddle features the updated Wing Design Air Dynamic Throat.

What is InfiniGrit?

One point of criticism regarding the original LUXX Control Air was the durability of its spin structure. Players wanted longer-lasting spin, so we incorporated our InfiniGrit technology, first used on the Selkirk LABS Project 007 racket. InfiniGrit is an advanced surface structure that delivers spin at least three times longer than raw carbon rackets, up to 2,000 rpm.
