New brand ambassador – Mia is currently number 2 in the official Swiss Pickleball ranking and will now play for Pro Pickleball.
We are thrilled to have Mia on board, helping us make pickleball even more well-known and popular in Switzerland!
Mia comes from South Africa and has been happily living in her new home country of Switzerland since 2021. A passionate and competitive athlete, she has represented South Africa at the Indoor Cricket World Cup, played college golf in the USA, is an avid trail runner, and competed semi-professionally in mountain biking and road cycling in South Africa. Mia has played tennis and squash since she was five years old and has tried almost every ball sport imaginable. In 2000, she took a break from tennis to pursue her golf ambitions. At the end of February 2024, Mia was persuaded to try pickleball, and she's been hooked ever since.
Mia is currently playing with the Joola Vision CGS 16mm Pickleball Paddle.
