Joola 3S Series Paddles<span
I was already able to test some of the new models at the Joola Pickleball Celebration 2024 in Orlando Florida and am thrilled with the Power and control these new 3S paddles deliver. The new core brings an incredible Pop with him. The balls came over the net with precision, even in singles it was absolutely amazing. Anyone who knows me knows that I don't often play singles - Am I not fit enough and not fast enough? Probably - but with the Anna Bright Scorpeus 3S Paddle I played in such a way that I was very satisfied at my level. It was fun, and that's all that matters. The Anna Bright Paddle has a big sweet spot and with its mere 14mm it is a power paddle after all.
Compared to the best Joola paddle to date in my opinion, the Hyperion C2is the new Hyperion 3S (in green from Ben Johns and in blue from Simone Jardim) even better. The two Pro Pickleball Ambassadors Mia van Rooyen and Antje Bruchner will also be using the Joola Hyperion 3S (16mm) Pickleball Paddle.
I was able to hold the Tyson McGuffin Magnus 3S paddle in my hand, but not play it. Who plays with a paddle freshly signed by Ben Johns, Collin Johns, Anna Bright, Dekel Bar, Federico Staksrud and of course Tyson McGuffin himself? It goes without saying that the paddle belongs in the display case (if only I had one).
In any case, I will be testing the other 3S paddles such as the Ben Johns Perseus 3S, the Collin Johns Scorpeus 3S and the Tyson McGuffin Magnus 3S extensively. Next week they should all arrive in Zurich as demos so that you and I can test the new paddles.
Perseus MOD TA-15 Pro Player Edition Paddles
The new Perseus MOD TA-15 16mm I have played the Pickleball Paddle a lot, in doubles. It is not a 3S paddle, but it is also equipped with a Propulsion Core and delivers an enormous pop. I really enjoy playing with this paddle and am thinking of replacing my current Joola Perseus 16mm with the MOD TA-15.

The Tyson McGuffin Magnus Lion CAS 14 Paddle is impressive in its appearance, it is the first Edgeless Pickleball paddle from Joola! The finish is beautiful, the gold and the lion stand out and make you look very good and strong on the court. The paddle is an ingenious Fiberglass paddlewhich will definitely suit you. Tyson McGuffin signed it for me 🙂 .
